AromaTouch Spotlight

AromaTouch is dōTERRA®'s proprietary massage blend. AromaTouch combines our essential oils of Cypress, Peppermint, Marjoram, Basil, Grapefruit, and Lavender in a perfectly relaxing blend that adds to various massage techniques.

Application options: Topical or Neat

•  Apple to neck and shoulders to promote relaction and lesson tenssion or use with a carrier oil for a massage.
• Give your loved on a hand massage using doTERRA® AromaTouch Hand Technique using the AromaTouch essential oil blend
• Add to hot bath water after a stressful day!

White Fir Spotlight

 Abies alba

The aroma of White Fir evokes feelings of empowerment and can help to relax. 

• Use 3-4 drops in your diffuser to help promote clear breathing
• Feeling stressed apply 1-2 drops topically to desired area ~ dilute with doTERRA fractionated Coconut oil.
• Apply to cold, achy muscles and joints during winter time.
• Add 1–2 drops to a hot bath to relax and breathe in White Fir’s cleansing aroma.
• Diffuse to reduce mental fatigue at work.
• For furniture polish, try one cup of extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 fresh lemon juice, and 4 drops of white fir.
